With Face aux murs, Damien Droin of Hors Surface explores the dynamics of human relationships in a constantly changing world. For every wall, a ladder can be built; for every fall, a new flight can be imagined.
Six acrobats perform on a towering plexiglass wall surrounded by two trampolines, within a constantly transforming set. On stage, the wall separates people, ideas and spaces, while its unseen side opens the door to imagination. In this kaleidoscopic journey, the human body becomes a space of freedom, and our connection with others offers precious comfort in the face of the void.
