Between earth and sky lies Camille.
For over twenty years, she has been exploring a world of sound as if on a barefoot ritual, a vast poetic continent carried by a free and whirling voice. A life devoted to music and creativity. She has also lent her voice to projects such as *Ratatouille* and *The Little Prince*. In 2024, she composed the soundtrack for Jacques Audiard’s film *Emilia Pérez*, which won numerous awards, including a Golden Globe, a César and an Oscar.
Nine years after *Oui*, Camille released a new album in 2026, *The Sound of Milk*, a work that is unique both in its creative process and in its triptych format. It brings together *Naissance* (2015), a sound diary; *Enfance* (2020), a pocket-sized musical; and *Adolescence* (2025), a pop album.
A true musical epic that has matured over more than fifteen years – the age of her eldest son – *The Sound of Milk* explores the blurred boundaries between her life as a mother of two, her family life and her artistic journey, whilst tracing a history of music.
Tender, lucid and committed, this album confronts us with the issues and challenges facing humanity. It also lulls us to sleep, only to awaken us to love and rekindle the stars where they have gone out.
