Inspired by the world of cabaret, a space of freedom and subversion since the 19th century, the piece brings a central figure to life: the Creature, a hybrid, unruly and multifaceted being. Excessive, poetic, grotesque, transgressive and profoundly free, it challenges conventions, reveals the unexpected and opens up new possibilities. PARADOX brings two worlds into tension: on one side, the dancer, in their sincerity and organic physicality; on the other, the Creature, in all its brilliance, excess and transgressive power. This face-off becomes a space for play, struggle and transformation.
